Health benefits of Methi seeds

Methi seeds, also known as fenugreek seeds, are used for a variety of purposes, including cooking and medicine. 

Cooking Methi seeds can be used as a spice in cooking or the leaves can be used as a vegetable or herb. Dried Methi leaves, also known as " kasuri methi", can also be added to breads and chapatis.
