Knee joint pain powder
Preparation of powder:
- Take tamarind seeds, half fry them and soak them in water for 2 days. Change the twice a day. On third day remove the top layer of the seeds and cut them into small pieces and dry it in the sun. Soon it was completely dried make this into powder and store. This powder can be stored for 6 months to 1 year.
- Take ½ spoon tamarind seeds powder daily to get relief from joint pains.
- Apply Luke warm mustard oil at the joint pain to get relief from joint pains.
- Take one spoon of honey and ¼ of cinnamon (dalchina chakka) daily to get relief from joint pains.
Tip:
Apply 3 drops of castor oil on belly and spread it to 1 1/2 around at bed time.
This not only relieves knee pain, it relieves from joint pains in the body too.
